What is this?
The Lair is a thrilling escape room experience and a haunted attraction all in one. Brave souls will solve puzzles and unravel secrets within the rooms to reach safety.
What’s an escape room?
An escape room is a game where players are "locked" inside a room, and puzzles must be solved within the time limit to escape.
Is The Lair terrifying?
The rooms are scary, and each is designed with SFX made by haunted house professionals. We use many elements of horror to provide for a fun and thrilling experience, without relying on jump scares.
What if I can’t handle the room?
The door is always be open if you need to exit for any reason.
You will never be locked inside the room. Please be aware that no refunds will be given to any player who quits.
How long do I have to beat the game?
You have 50 minutes to escape each room.
What if I get stuck and need a hint?
Each group will be given three hints whenever they choose. Any additional clues provided are solely up to the game master.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.
Do I have to fill out a wavier?
All guests must sign a wavier before the game can begin. We recommend filling these out prior to arrival.
Do you have age restrictions?
Guests under 12 years of age will not be admitted. Guests between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a wavier signed by a legal guardian, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I have a few drinks before playing?
Any guest that is noticeably intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave without a refund.
How many guests can each room hold?
Each room can hold up to 8 players.
What if I have a group larger than 8 players?
We recommend splitting the group evenly and booking two separate rooms during the same time slot.
Can I book multiple games on the same day?
Yes, you may book as many games as you like.
Do I have to book online or can I pay in cash?
In order to book your desired room and time slot, we recommend making the reservation on our website. If cash is your only option, the reservation must be made in person.
Are your rooms private?
We only offer private bookings, and you won't ever have to solve puzzles with strangers.
What happens if I’m late?
No late arrivals will be allowed after the game’s start time. Please allow ample time for travel, as refunds and reschedules are not permitted.
Can I reschedule my booking?
You must contact us to reschedule a booking at least 72 hours before your reservation. Please give us a call to reschedule your reservation.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
There are absolutely no refunds and all sales are final.
